Storks or Herons?

One of my New Year's Resolutions is to submit a minimum of one blog article every week, so here I am. This will be the first article containing my new section, called 'Records'. This will provide a status update on the three records, mentioned last week; namely, exercise biking, rowing and ski-erging.

My new fitness regime is going well, in Veganuary. It consists of the usual, with the additional, weekly record attempts, which will be dealt with later, in the new 'Records' section. As well as these, I have also started new training for my arm, which will also be covered later, in the ‘My Tree’ section. This section will be used from now on, for commentary on my ongoing training for my hand and arm (henceforth, Harm, note the capitalH’, very Germanically, denoting a noun).

I have finally almost finished Professor Robert Sapolsky’s first book “Why Zebra’s don’t get Ulcers, so, you can expect a glowing review next time. Which reminds me, This blog could do with guest articles, including reviews.

Records

This is the inaugural ‘Records’ section, wherein, from now on, I’ll provide an update on my training records. When a record is appended with an ‘*’, that will denote no change has taken place.

Exercise Biking 5k 13:15
Rowing 3K 17:51
Ski-Erg* 1225m 11:00

It looks like I will make an attempt to break all of these every Wednesday and Saturday (or Sunday), so you can expect at least one of those to be without an asterisk, in future.

My Tree

My mother posted my Y-band charger to me. So, I got to work trying to advance to the next level, of 34. This is the main reason this article is a bit late. As I alluded to earlier, there has been a change in 2020, to my approach. Every day at around noon, I eat my pre-prepared lunch, this is followed now by an attempt at Coins or the Steckspiel I’ve included a picture of both, but you will have heard about these before.
